Since 1979 Marty's Bag Works has been a staple in the Annapolis area for all of your decorative business apparel, personal monograms, boat canvas creations and upholstered cushions. We currently have two positions open…..

#1 - Part-time (to eventually full-time) customer service/sales position with our decorative apparel division that includes embroidery, screen printing and heat press transfers. Experience not necessary - we will train the right person that is eager to learn our business and enjoys interacting with customers.

#2 - EXPERIENCED marine canvas/cushion sewers/upholsery sewers. We are looking for 3-5 years experience using industrial sewing machines.

What we are looking for....

  • EXPERIENCE.....ideally someone with good work experience sewing biminis, covers, doing repairs, enclosures and boat cushions. On the decorative apparel side of the business, we are looking for “crafty and creative” minds that enjoy the decorative process and providing top level customer service to our clients.

  • POSITIVE energy. Working with like minded, focused and positive individuals is a must. We have the attitude that we can all grow and learn from each other.

  • PASSION for the marine industry or creative apparel products. We want someone that takes great pride in each and every custom product that is created. Passion is critical....we want to you like and be excited each and every day at work.

  • DETAIL ORIENTED is a must. We focus on quality and being a detail oriented person. We have a large client base that comes back to us over and over again because they like our service and QUALITY.
